Step 1: Apply Almay Intense I color Liquid Shadow + Primer for Green Eyes
Step 2: Apply theBalm Meet Matte in Matt Horowitz to your crease and blend
Step 3: Blend a matte brown/grey on lid up into crease
Step 4: Line top lid with Physicians Formula Felt Tip Pen
Step 5: Line bottom waterline with Urban Decay 24/7 liner in black then run Maybelline Master Studio Liner in Sapphire under lower lashline.
Step 6: Add lots of mascara. Today I’m wearing Pop Beauty Lash Kapow + Urban Decay Big Fatty.
Clean up any mistakes with a Q-tip!
