Get Kate Middleton’s Wedding Day Look

Here are some steps to follow to get Kate Middleton’s gorgeous and natural wedding day look.  Kate chose to do her own makeup on this very special day but had some training from makeup artist Arabella Preston.

Skin

1. Start out with a clean palette.  Moisturize and prime your skin.
   Moisturizer to try:
   Oil of Olay All Day ($8) or Cetaphil Daily Facial Moisturizer ($12)
   Primer to try:
   L’Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base ($12) or Smashbox Photofinish ($36)
2. Stick with a lighter coverage foundation and concealer.  Then apply a light layer of translucent powder over.  Contour face with a matte bronzer under cheekbones and jawline.
   Foundation to try:

   Concealer to try:

   Translucent powder to try:

3. Kate went with a rosy-pink blush on the apple of her cheeks.
   Blush to try:

Eyes

1. Apply a taupe eye shadow over entire lid and blend a charcoal gray eye shadow in the crease.

   Eye Shadow to try (Charcoal):

2. Rim upper and lower lash lines with black eyeliner then curl lashes and apply black mascara.
   Eye liner to try:
   L’Oreal HIP Chrome Eyeliner in black shock ($8) or Benefit BADgal liner in black ($20)
   Mascara to try:
   Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara ($9) or Covergirl LashBlast Mascara ($9)

  Lips

1. Line lips with a flesh colored lip pencil and apply a pink lip gloss.
   Lip liner to try:
