Product Shout Out!
Remove dark under eye circles by soaking a cotton ball in cold milk and dabbing around under eye area. Rinse your face after 15 minutes.
*Milk is a natural skin lightener.
Apply Preparation H around eyes to reduce puffiness, dark circles, and wrinkles. This is a quick fix not a permanent fix.
